I see that there is one point that Peter raised that I did not address. SIBI says that 1508Y induces the release of dopamine, that it does inprove motor disfunction. In addition, it induces the release of acetylcholine in the areas of the brain which are responsible for cognitive impairment.

Again, the big outstanding question...... why the heck was the effect in monkeys of such long duration? If SIBI is aware of the answer to this question, I don't know it.
