Just recently a bunch of terrorists used a car bomb to stop a U.S. tank. The tank’s crew escaped. Many Iraqi civilians came out to cheer the destruction. As they danced, they took an Al Qaeda flag and draped it from the muzzle of the tank. The U.S. sent a helicopter to bomb the tank, killing many of the dancing scoundrels. Had those people remained in their homes, instead of supporting Al Qaeda, they would still be alive today. It is war. America needed to keep the tank out of Al Qaeda’s hands. In war, people die. So sorry to have to break this to you.
Iraq needs democracy?
No way could it happen the way shrub planned the post-invasion.
It is hard work to bring civilization to a bunch of backward people. A lot of people will have to die before it is all over. It is my wish that America will get the picture and realize that our surgical approach is premature, that the way to make this happen is to go in and do the job brutally and quickly, saving our boys and getting it finished. The entire nation needs to be broken and then rebuilt in the same way Japan was broken. Our boys were saved and now Japan is an ally.
