I spoke with Glenn Canary at CLE who told me to the best of his knowledge that the CEO was not selling nor had any plans to sell stock at this time. He indicated that the stock action the last couple of days appeared to be related to temporary sales weakness in August caused specifically by the UPS strike (late inventory delivery). This is obviously not a permanent or structural problem for CLE. Hopefully the market will digest this brief circumstance and continue moving CLE towards a deservedly higher value.
