The goal is to work very hard not to hire leftists in the first place, at least not for substantial positions. It is difficult for some because, as we see with John Kerry, leftists will lie through their teeth to try showing you they are not leftists. They will even murder birds for photo ops to perpetuate the lie that they are pro-gun, pro-second Amendment. Leftists are rank liars. You need to disarm them, pry into their history diligently and then not hire them. Some will get through your screenings, but very few. It is easy to detect leftists. And those who get through will not last because they are forced to work amongst so many right-thinking people. Either they will grow hearts (they cannot have a change of heart) or they will leave.
