Fundamental IP for HSDPA is held by the 3GPP contributors to the standards evolution: Motorola; Nokia; Ericsson; Siemens; Alcatel; Texas Instruments; and many others. Some might be held by Qualcomm Eric are you saying that the major handset manufacturers will not have to enter into licence agreements with Q for HSDPA as they had for WCDMA!?
