Last time I checked, the company was run as a personal fiefdom. Executive staff have no serious experience running a medium sized enterprise, and so have no idea on how to work in teams, and delegate to other people. Kai in particular is known for his last-minute product changes. There is no development methodology to speak of (other than Kai issuing proclamations from the mountain), and no R&D person strong enough to stand up to Kai and enforce a development process. In the absence of any organizational discipline, I have my doubts about MCRE succeeding.
