And it's going to get worse. I work for a small consulting firm, which does consulting work but also outsource placement work. Guess where all the open positions are located? India. The IT world should get used to it, because the next decade do to IT what happened way back then when our textile and commodity manufacturing industries were shipped wholesale to Mexico and Asia.
