Do you've never heard of anyone selling stock (investment capital) to meet current expenses?

And we've done some of that. Problem is we have to look down the road too...Bush is bankrupting the nation, and rubbing his hands together thinking he can put Social Security in the coffin by just making sure there is no way the nation can meet it's obligation to seniors...all the while laughing to the bank with his own Carlyle and Haliburton millions...and used our Social Security to fund his war games. The reason we're trying to invest for the future even more earnestly now is that the republicans are going to rob our retirement from us...just watch them try. They'll call it medicare reform...while giving billions through the back door to drug companies...and they'll call it Social Security reform...as Wall Street licks it's chops on getting the commissions of private investments whether those investments turn out good or bad for the investor is largely a function of luck for most of the uninformed public...most of which have no business investing in stocks on their own...and shady brokers all they care about is sales and commissions. Social Security is a safety net...it's not supposed to pay for world cruises in retirement.

Grow up and take the blame for your own stupidity. It's the only way you avoid screwing up in the same way again.

I'll take the blame for my actions...no problem. I am a man. Will Bush take the blame for screwing up the war on terror and getting us involved in a quagmire in Iraq? Losing more jobs than any president in 70 years? Bleeding our country of manufacturing jobs? Hell no he won't, the little cheerleader, Vietnam dodging, silver spooning twerp.
