Not in that many numbers. A lot of the moderates in the ME are now getting radicalized. And those who still remain moderate risk being termed lunatics. How can a moderate in the ME say that the US wishes no ill-will to the nations in the region? A few years ago, it might have had at least some currency. Not anymore. Not after the brazen invasion and occupation of Iraq.
