It isn't a fact. You can have that opinion. But others, like me, can legitimately disagree with you.

I say we've gotten more value out the last four years' expenditures than in any I can remember. We are more secure, we've gotten rid of Saddam. Schools are improved. The middle class isn't quite as overtaxed as before. We are providing a prescription drug benefit we didn't before. The list goes on.

This is just a matter of your priorities vs. those of others.
