I think the shorting is coming from "newsletter" groups who attack from time-to-time, but nothing of much consequence

You may not recall but it was a hedge fund sponsored newsletter that launched the short program in KVHI in January of 03 time frame. We tracked the principles of the newsletter back to a law firm in Dallas..lol who was operating a hedge fund.
