The terrorists would like Bush to win so that he will 1) continue to make more Moslem enemies worldwide thereby increasing support for Al-Qaeda; 2) scare Americans with yellow, orange and red alerts thereby constantly reminding them of Al-Qaeda. The terrorists don't want Kerry to win because he will be bad news for them.
