cbs should have stated some experts disputed memo.

"They" couldn't if "they" didn't know. We don't know how many people at CBS knew and when they knew it.

My original point was that it's precipitous at this point in time to assert that CBS perpetrated a fraud. I don't have any fresh points to make about that and I'm imagine this subject has already crossed over LB's arbitrary threshold of boredom. So over and out. <g>
