just like Kerry... talk , talk,, talk,, no conclusions on what he would do in Iraq. best shot is have a meeting. I worked with guys/woman , bright top colleges but loved meetings, writing memo's asking more questions about a project or plan but could not make judgement to move on and bring closure... i always thought they had a lot of fear inside them , regardless of how smart they were , they could never decide if they were right.

oh, these same people only signed off on a project after numerous others signed off. They never took a risk.
