Eddie: I agree--I think you have it right again. Still, Novell wouldn't be a bad acquisition for IBM--as the world's largest software company, IBM could make a very, very strategic fit with their business. In fact, IBM could run circles around MSFT if it got serious about it. Gates might be powerful in his own little fiefdom but compared to Big Blue, he hasn't got a chance. (Gee, I liked the sound of that.)<G>
