As I said it appears they're using the cash flow for MARKETING EXPENSES. If they were not spending money on marketing to add customers, they're cash flow would be positive.

Companies don't break down every morsel of where they're spending their money. It is obvious by the number of subscribers they're adding, that they're spending significant amounts of money on marketing. ELEC is a growing company.
