I have lost the ability to copy and paste. No matter what it is that I scan and then hit edit to copy is not copied. I have not been able to send things that I read on different sites to friends.

What would you suggest is the problem and what to do about it.

Thank you for your help as always. Also I went into Pitstop to update and was precluded from doing it by virtue of something at the top of the page having to do with Microsoft and it's new program which I have not downloaded yet... Forget the name.
