The previous admin was much more focused on al Qaeda than the new Bush admin, until after 9/11 (that's well documented). You're changing the subject [again, as you do when challenged]. You said the war on Al Qaeda was a failure. Yet, Al Qaeda has been decimated by Bush's War on Terror. Has the War on Terror been a failure? Ask Kadhafi about it. The simple fact is the war has been a RESOUNDING success. No, it isn't over ... the war on terror will likely last 10-20 years. The biggest battle is in keeping the Left out of power where a Jimmy Carter or Madelyn Albright can giveaway the progress as though it were the freaking Panama Canal.
