try googling I'm not being lazy, at least not that lazy. I am happy to google if someone would just give me a hint of what to google. I started out early this morning by asking what justification there was for asserting as fact that CBS was behind the fraud. I got several thoughtful responses indicating that there were plenty of strong reasons to be suspicious that CBS knowingly engaged in this fraud but no evidence. Then UW tells me to go look at the documents. How can there be no evidence, on one hand, and documents on the other? I asked nicely "what documents." I think that warrants a civil answer. your dismissive attitude about the story from the inception and consequent lack of due diligence on your own is your problem. What dismissive attitude? Since when is it "dismissive" to expect assertions of fact to have some factual basis? That's all I wanted. Are there some documents that demonstrate that CBS cooked this up or aren't there? I suspect not. I suspect not. Even just skimming, I think I would have noticed such a bombshell had one been posted.
