I sure hope they had some sort of handshake deal with someone prior to this earnings announcement. This has been a total disaster, no earnings warning, earnings off significantly from estimates, huge one time charges. Given that the board members hold a significant number of shares unless there's a deal this company is going into the toilet for quite some time to come. No Deal Stock Price = $10 IMHO there will be a buyout announcement this week $25/shr or so.
