4 years seems like it should have been enough time to go over whatever documents they found.

They haven't had those documents for four years.

And they ran them by the experts at the last minute, a day or two as I recall. There was something posted about that the other day, how they wait until the last minute to reduce the time that the people advising them have to leak what they have lined up for a show. That is an accident looking for a place to happen.
