AS, It looks like Bush still has a lead in the popular vote, but Kerry is holding strong on the electorals. If Colorado's new electoral law goes through, it would hurt Bush. They are voting to allocate their electoral votes (9 of them) proportionally to the popular vote in the state. This might be one place Nader can get a vote.
