TOO ALL: Don't buy the stock if you don't plan on taking delivery of your stock certificates. Thats the only way this will work. If you already own the stock but have not ordered your certs please do it now. The process will take 2 weeks (MAX) and you will be able to trade your stock during that period....thats SECs rules. If your broker tells you otherwise, insist on speaking to a supervisor. BUT ORDER THEM NOW. THE FASTER YOU ALL ORDER, THE FASTER THE SHORTS WILL HAVE TO GO IN TO THE OPEN MARKET AND BUY BACK THE SHARES.

Judging from the trading action today on low volume, its a good chance that the MM have run out of tricks. They got burned yesterday and getting very gun-shy today. They should begin to get calls from the transfer agent today demanding the shares, so I would'nt be surprised if they begin to buy up the shares after 3PM EST time today. There will always be one or two MM that will panic and begin covering ahead of the other MM. Thats the way it starts.

Remember, Trades last Wednesday would have settled yesterday and since the brokers does not begin the request to the transfer agent until the trade settles, then yesterday's settled trades should get cert. requests today. The same pattern for Thursday's trades and friday's.

The bulk of the cert request should filter in to transfer agent by Thursday and Friday. But the process begins today.

For those OVIS shareholders holding back for a dip, you may miss out on the breakout today or tomorrow. Furthermore, the if we get a surge of buying now, that will force the MM that have procrastinated to begin covering, as they fear this price levels will be the lowest they will be able to cover and thereby minimize the loss. SO IF YOU ARE WAITING ON THE SIDELINES FOR LOWER PRICES, YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER BUYING NOW BECAUSE OF THE IMPENDING BUY-IN THAT IS IMINENT.

again, expect some nervous MM to front-run his fellow MM late today and tomorrow.
