As far as the claims made for it by its practitioners and supporters, well, they're either wrong or science is wrong.

I think that is true about many of the claims. I pretty skeptical about the whole "subluxation" theory particularly the idea that it accounts for so many different problems that can be fixed by chiropractic treatment.

However I still think there might be some usefulness in the idea of trying to get your spine in proper alignment for at least some of their patients.

In short I'm not sure its totally useless in all situations but I think its vastly oversold.
