There is NO buyout, I repeat NO BUYOUT. This is a technical rally whose main purpose was to take it to $10 1/2. We are heading back to $8 1/4 - $8 1/2. Bail out now before it is too late. Main reason: Very high volume yet no premiums on the options. This is a contradictory indicator. There is no premium. I have covedered my Jan 5 calls with September 7 1/2 calls to make a nice little profit. This stock is about to tank big time....$8 1/2 within days...then start buying for rally back above $10.
