Finally some good Pennsaid news. Evidence of the recent partnership in Canada ?

If REK does manage to hang on, she still has to deal with Kuhne's end of October payment. I just don't believe she can raise it in cash. She can't issue the shares without shareholder approval and I doubt she'd get that. Is she going to try and stiff him ? Is there an out in the contract ? It's like a soap opera. I can't wait for the next installment.
