Kerry has a fine senate career. 99% of his votes he stands by to this day. And no he's not "weak on defense". McCain defended him on that. The same votes used in Bush negative ads were also supported by major conservative Republiocans including Cheney and turncoat Zell Miller. The smearvets are just a bunch of liars. Only one of them served with Kerry and he was the creep who gunned down the innnocent civilians. The other witnesses lied when they said there was no enemy fire, and lied when they said they were only 50 yards away. They were calling Green Beret Jim Rassman a liar, not Kerry. They are also calling the Navy a liar and would have to return their own medals if they wanted Kerry to return his. Of course there was enemy fire. Jim Rassman is not a liar. Nope, just a big dishonest smear campaign. 99.9% lies.
