Excepting Israel and Iraq, how many were killed by al Qaeda? al Qaeda is the enemy, they are the vast majority of the terrorists, and responsible for the vast majority of the problems. It's a fringe group within a huge religion.

Frankly, a Muslim/Christian world war doesn't appeal to me. But maybe you know better.
