The coverup continues. It is such a farce. On CBS website is an article talking about the document "flap". With seemingly a straight face they act as though there is a minor conflict between experts on whether the documents are authentic or not.

They have had it seems (I don't know how old this Pierce guy is but I'd bet he is waaaaay past his prime) two old guys in way over their head signing documents "after the controversy" in a desperate CYA attempt.

The Mateny letter as we know says he just looked at the handwriting and it was a very luke warm "authetication".

Even more hokey is the "new guy" they sprang on the world today. This Pierce fellow. I cannot even find a website or any mention of the guy in a brief search.

I don't think the man even has letterhead stationary. It seems he got on a keyboard himself and produced this "document" .

First note the date--9/14. That is long after the fact and obviously a CYA attempt. Where was his "original" testimony or did he see the document before the program?

Now I realize people can be good at what they do and totally unable to write well. However the opinion as it is written by this guy screams that he is not a very sophisticated professional.

I almost feel sorry for this person when the press descends upon him. This sounds like something someone with little education and very little document investigation experience would write.

How long will Dan continue the charade????
