People are saying Zoom is a takeover candidate,

by Boca (thats Zoom Telephonics). Is there any truth to this? Zoom is selling at ridiculously low p/e and price to sales ratio, so I can see where they are ripe for a competitor to absorb them. But I don't follow Boca and know very little about them-are they in a position to make aquisitions?
