Every senator of 20 years has votes he regrets. In fact sometimes yes or no are both bad votes so either one is a poor vote. So what? Out of thousands of votes he regrets a few. That's a remarkable record.

I might remind you Cheney voted for keeping Nelson Mandela in prison, abolishing school lunch programs for poor kids and against every single pro environmental bill while he was in congress. Now that is a bad voting record.

Bush didn't have to vote on anything because he never served in congress. He never had to do policy. if he had voted he'd probably have a poor record pocked with corruption and pork. Kerry has one thing you cannot deny, he is special interest free. He didn't even take their money.
