RE: "Here, they'd be arrested for incitement to violence. " Not in Oregon. In 2001, a group of highschool teenagers jumped the son of an Indian lady that was closing up her shop. They shouted racist attacks while they broke her child's nose. The govt didn't even put them in jail after they prosecuted them. They let them go. This group incited violence and punched an Indian boy while shouting racist attacks. It was a clear-cut case of a racist hate attack, yet the govt didn't do a thing. Would you feel safe in Oregon if you were from India? In the Bay Area, a lady kicked an Indian taxi driver in the balls and she went to jail for it. Bay Area has much, much better enforcement.
