Bush throws temper tantrums that are so frightening that he's on powerful antidepressants. In fact, he's so mentally unstable that people who don't sign loyalty oaths or have Kerry/Edwards buttons, shirts, stickers, etc. are assaulted, molested, arrested and otherwise prevented from getting in to his 'campaign' events.
Bush's handlers are so afraid that he will lose it in public that he's put in front of very safe audiences only with a script in hand. They're doing this not because he's stupid but because he's mentally and emotionally unstable.

Kerry has a number of advisors on his campaign. I don't consider any of them incompetent but they do disagree too much. OTOH Rice/Ashcroft/Bush left us wide open for 911. Rice is considered the single most incompetent National Security individual in modern history. Iraq is so dangerous that NGOs who go to every corner of the world, have or are pulling out....completely. Doctors without borders have pulled out of Afghanistan as well for the same security problems.
Afghanistan, outside of Kabul is ruled by warlords whose armed troops are larger than that of the "government." Karzai requires a battery of American Mercenaries to guard him because someone is always trying to kill him. He may or may not be mayor of central kabul and that is only when people pay attention.
Since the Taliban left, farmers ripped up their wheat field and planted opium poppies. Afghanistan's bumper crop of heroin is some 75% of the world's supply and has managed to bring down the cost for the drug addicts of the world. In addition, the profits from this drug trafficking are going to both warlords AND terrorists.
Bush's FAILURE IN AFGHANISTAN & IRAQ is creating more terrorists and funding them to boot. Gee.
