You mean like when he went to Paris and met with Le Duc Tho in possible violation of the Logan Act?

And of course in violation of the UCMJ since he was still a Reserve Officer. I suspect this may be one of the reason's he was not honorably discharged from the Navy until some 30 years after the fact. Quite possible that is an upgraded discharge from his first one.

Another reason Johnny boy won't sign the 180 and release his records. I have little doubt his full records would sink his campaign for good.
