Living in the west does have its benefits!! But not when getting timely proxy packages is concerned.

I called Georgeson Shareholder 1-888-999-6094 because I could not get through their fax lines throughout the work day. Did not try at night. The rep was very helpful. There are alternative ways to vote besides fax. I finally voted on-line. Its very easy. Its well worth the time to talk to the rep from Georgeson, getting instructions and doing the double check.

Alternative:
- vote over the phone
- internet
- the 2 published fax numbers (no luck for me)
- they provided other fax numbers to me (and friends who also called), but I understand some are for our American neighbors and another is new 905-507-7793.

I calculate that 13,000 "small" shareholders (if they have not already sold out) divided by 2 fax lines divided by 12 hours per day === no dial tone
