2004-09-16 12:10 ET - News Release Mr. Marc Henderson reports LARAMIDE ANNOUNCES NO MATERIAL CHANGE Laramide Resources Ltd. has confirmed that there are no corporate developments or undisclosed material changes involving the corporation to account for its recent rise in stock price. However, the corporation confirms that on Aug. 30, 2004, the corporation received TSX Venture Exchange approval for its acquisition of the Westmoreland copper/gold/uranium project in Queensland, Australia, and the volume of trading of the corporation's shares has increased significantly since that date.
