that "undereducated" soundbyte about US workers really is BS mindmeld.

These offshore teams were supposed to deliver 30-60% cost savings and as it turns out it is more like 15% cost differential from the US. What that means is that the dramatically lower cost of hiring offshore is offset by more work here for the management, in other words the same staffing level offshore doesn't equal the guy here.
