That is why I was happy to see the Arab league endorse the national government. If Egypt, Jordan etc begin providing international troop support, the focus can gradually be shifted away as Americans pull back from the action and provide more resource and logistical support. I am still waiting to see if this announcement is met with any opposition from factions within Iraq.
