Hi Rick - Yes, I did get mine. I think that it's asking a bit much to have shareholders approve all future options grants or repricing of options, in advance. I intend to vote no. Still, I'm glad to see that they are making progress on the Kazakstan properties. I'd like to see a higher share price if they are going to do a financing soon. But that may be difficult with properties at this stage of development, particularly in this market. Some of the properties really look good, but I think that we may have to accept some significant share dilution in order to fund exploration. It will be interesting to see what price they finance at, and how low they reprice their options. Tom
