I think that we need to accept some 'egg on our face' in the eyes of the Arab world in Iraq. Egyptian and Jordanian forces replacing ours around Fallujah and other hot spots may be the way to get it done.

I'm not sure that all agree about the need for America to be shown up a bit. The neocons seem to believe that it will be a sign of weakness, and encourage attacks on us. I think that we need to regain our sense of justice and fairness, and show it in some gesture that demonstrates we have learned something from all this.
