A classified National Intelligence Estimate prepared for President Bush in late July spells out ... I can't help but be haunted by the first two words from that article, as I read over what "the officials" had to say about the classified report prepared for President Bush; as well as, the comments about President Bush's conduct in regard to that classified report prepared for bush. Have I mis-understood the term 'classified'? Do all these 'officials' know the content of that report and have authorization to comment on it to the press?
