Not with the technology that would have been present in the offices of the National Guard. Absolutely not. You would have had to have a phototypesetter to deal with the kerning issues I mentioned last week.

But all of the "experts" that claimed it clearly was done in Word are wrong

Bull. It has been shown conclusively, with 100% certainty that these documents were produced using Microsoft Word, which is precisely what I told you the first time I saw the documents.
