Some of the characters are a little higher or lower than the others. Just like they do when they are typed on a typewriter that hasn't been adjusted recently... I've reviewed the documents and they contain nothing like you've mentioned. They DO contain some baseline distortion due to the resolution of the fax machine they were either sent or received on. There is no similarity to the kind of inconsistency you would see in a typewritten document.
