My initial observation was that there are those calling for Kerry to sign his form 180 who claim that Bush has signed his, but I can't find any proof. Until that happens, we can't be sure that either candidate has released all records.

I'm not sure if this would work, but maybe in the job application for President, there should be a requirement that ALL personal records MUST be released: taxes, military, academic, etc. I know this would really rub the privacy advocates the wrong way, but can't we make an exception for this highest office?
