ADOT is not having any luck with their attempts at intimidation lawsuits. The only thing ADOT has succeeded in doing is drawing a lot of unwanted attention to the company.

Mr. Rolle presented argument on the motion to dismiss based on lack of
jurisdiction, cited case law to support his position, and stated the proper
forum for this case was New Mexico as the state of Nevada had no contact in
this matter. Response by Mr. Tanner objecting to the jurisdiction argument
and maintaining that Nevada was the proper forum. Mr. Tanner reviewed the
facts of the case for the Court as well as what was happening through
discovery. Court stated the nature of this case bothered the Court. Further
argument by Mr. Rolle. COURT ORDERED, motion to DISMISS GRANTED
