I think he should have left the world stage in shame over the do nothing role he played in leading up to the Rwanda genocide. And more recently the coverup of Saddam's oil-for-food corruption scandal involving UN personnel. Of course, some other corrupt hack would simply take his place. All in all, I'm not sure the UN deserves to exist. It's a real farce.
