I will continue to maintain that Kerry should present a bold solution on Iraq by declaring that he will bring together a International Armistice Commission consisting of world nations and let that group handle Iraq. If the other countries of the world see a economic benefit in being involved with Iraq they will all come to the table. Currently, Bush does not want to have thse country have any say in Iraq's economic development. Kerry needs to be bold, IMO.
