Amy, I vaguely remember that incident you posted, though I don't remember any of the details. In any case, if the attack was motivated by racism, I agree that it should have been prosecuted under hate-crime law. Personally, I'm not a big fan of hate-crime laws, since like Bush said, any crime is a hate crime. But hey, whatever's necessary to try and deter racism. Tenchusatsu
