If Kerry were a better candidate on national security matters, it would indeed be more complex than that. But we continue to see radical Islamic terrorists taking and killing hostages. The recent massacre of hundreds in Beslan, Russia (including school children tortured and shot in the back) is a grim reminder of 9/11 when terrorists also indiscriminately took innocent lives.

The choice becomes fairly simple: President Bush is a known quantity committed to protecting America and fighting terrorism worldwide. Ho considers American security interests far above international opinion. Even those who don't like Bush know where he stands.

John Kerry is confused on national security issues, repeatedly changes his position(s), and is more inclined to be subservient to the UN or other foreign politicos.

Nothing will sway you from your hatred of Bush or love of Kerry or whatever combination it may be...but there are many undecideds and many disgusted Democrats who are seeing the choice quite simply and plainly--MK--
