In August of the current year of Open Society " Mosenergo " has put to the consumers financed due to means of the federal budget, electric and thermal energy for the sum more than 313 million roubles. Thus 130 % from cost of the consumed energy have been paid 406 million roubles or nearly so. Nevertheless, for today the total debts of the organizations financed due to the federal budget, against the power company makes about 460 million roubles.
A number(line) of the federal ministries was undertaken with significant steps on settlement of a problem of debts. The highest level of payment at the organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Russian Federation on communication(connection) and the information and Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. On the average in August, 2004 the given ministries have made payment at a level of 120 % and have lowered the debts on 11 million roubles.
At the same time, despite of repeated references of Open Society " Mosenergo ", a number(line) of the federal ministries and departments do not hasten to pay off on duties for the consumed energy. By results of eight months the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Justice paid the consumed energy on the average on 87 % a month, on their share 80 % of the specified debts are necessary. Thus, the organizations subordinated to the listed ministries, properly were not prepared for work during the îñåííå-winter period of 2004-2005.
The power company pays attention that the responsibility for possible(probable) negative consequences of non-payments completely ëîæèòñÿ to heads of organizations - debtors. |
